1.A connecting website link of an O-ring Chain for standard application is pre-coated with grease at the pins. Prior to connection, confirm the grease to the surfaces of pins, and if the quantity of grease is smaller, apply grease with bare hands. (If gloves are used, the grease will be absorbed through the gloves.)

two.The chain is often most easily connected to the teeth of a sprocket. Engage the links at the two ends of the chain with the sprocket teeth and match connecting pins. When the sprocket might be moved, the chain can also be connected over the loosened side.
3. Connecting process
one.Verify that O-rings are connected towards the roots with the pins.
2.If the volume of grease applied within the connecting pins is smaller, coat the pins with grease at the central portions.
three.Insert the connecting pins into the bushings on the inner hyperlinks at both ends.
4.Verify that the grease is applied towards the entire encounter of your O-ring, and match the O-ring onto the connecting pins.
five.Insert the connecting pins into the connecting plate and although pressing the connecting plate, set up the spring clip. Verify whether or not the head
